There is a minimum number of people required for each booking. If your group does not meet the minimum number of persons required, you can make a tentative reservation and we will be in touch with you to confirm the date you requested or if possible, reschedule.

Booking Policy

• A minimum of 50% deposit is required to confirm any tour or package. Full payment is due at least 14 days prior to the tour date.
• For bookings done at least 48 hours before the tour scheduled departure time, full payment is due upon booking.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled tour date will receive a full refund on the initial deposit, less a 15% processing fee.
• Cancellations made at least 10 days prior to the scheduled tour date will receive a 50% refund, less a 15% processing fee.
• No refund will be done for cancellations made 9 days or less prior to the scheduled tour date.
• No refund will be done for cancellations made 24 hrs or less prior to the scheduled departure tour time (applicable only to bookings made at least 48 hrs before the tour scheduled departure time.)
• No refund will be done in the case of a NO SHOW.

Cancellation by us

• For any cancellations done by us 24 hrs or less before the scheduled departure time, the guests will receive a full refund, less a 15% processing fee.
• Weather and other natural conditions are beyond our control. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel any tour before the scheduled departure time for reasons including but not limited to bad weather, any other natural occurrences, and an insufficient number of participants.
• For the tours that include water activity, there may be times when the weather condition might make the tour permissible, but we might not make it advisable. If we inform you that the weather conditions might prevent us from doing your tour, we’ll offer to move the tour to another date or recommend an alternate activity. We take the safety of our guests and staff seriously. Thus, we will not start any tour if we consider it to be a risk to your safety and that of our guides.
• All refunds will be done in accordance with our policies without further responsibilities if you decide not to accept the alternatives. We won’t be held responsible for any demands, losses, expenses, damages, or charges incurred by you as a result of the cancellation.
• Refunds for cancellations will be done within 15 days after post scheduled tour date.
