Terms and Conditions
There is a minimum number of persons required for each booking. If your group does not meet the minimum, you can make a tentative reservation and we will be in touch with you to confirm the date that you request or, if possible, reschedule.
Booking Policy
- A minimum of 50% deposit is required upon booking to confirm any tour or package.
- Payment made through wire transfer to Going Coastal Adventures Limited US LLC account have NO processing fee.
- Payment made through the payment link from the local bank, have a 5% processing fee.
- Full payment is due at least 15 days prior to the scheduled tour date.
- Full payment is required upon booking for any reservation made least 48 hours before the tour scheduled departure time.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations should be done in writing and sent through email to info@goingcoastaladventures.com.
- Cancellations done at least 30 days prior to the scheduled tour date will receive a full refund on the initial deposit, less 15% processing fee.
- Cancellations done at least 15 days prior to the scheduled tour date will receive a 50% refund, less 15% processing fee.
- No refund will be issued for cancellations done 14 days or less prior to the scheduled tour date.
- No refund will be issued for cancellations done 48 hours or less prior to the scheduled departure tour time (applicable to bookings made at least 48 hours before the tour scheduled departure time.)
- No refund will be issued if guests show up 35 minutes after the scheduled departure time (applicable to Cruise Ship bookings ONLY).
- No refund will be issued in the case of NO SHOW.
Cancellation by Us
- For any cancellation done by Going Coastal Adventures 24 hours or less before the scheduled departure time, guests will receive full refund, less 15% processing fee.
- Weather and other natural conditions are beyond our control. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel any tour before the scheduled departure time for reasons including, but not limited to, late-arrivals (Cruise Ship Bookings), bad weather, any natural occurrences and insufficient number of participants.
- For the tours that include water activity, even though the weather condition might make the tour permissible, we might not make it advisable. If we inform you that the weather condition prevents us from doing your tour, we’ll offer to move the tour to another date or recommend an alternative activity. We take the safety of our guests and our staff seriously. Thus, we will not start any tour if we consider it to be a risk to your safety and the safety of our guides.
- Refund for any cancellation will be issued within 15 days post scheduled tour date.
- All refunds will be issued based on the Terms and Conditions listed above without further responsibilities if you decide not to accept the alternatives. Going Coastal Adventures will NOT be held responsible for any demands, losses, expenses, damages, or charges incurred by you, as a result of any cancellation.
